Your Eggs – Your Way
Ingredients
- Oil or butter
- 4-6 Tbsp feta
- 2 large Rosemary Farm eggs
- 2 tortillas
- Toppings of choice such as avocado, jalapeños, hot sauce and more
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat and lightly coat with butter or oil of choice
- Spread out 2 piles of feta, about 2-3 Tbsp per pile
- Place one cracked egg onto each area of feta
- Cover with a lid and cook to your liking
- Heat up tortillas of choice and place your cooked eggs on top
- Finish with desired toppings.
